Return & Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

  1. The Return & Refund policy is only applicable for Senoritas Health & Beauty online store home delivery and Cash On Delivery.

  2. Return and refund item(s) can be arranged under the following reasons:
    a. if the item(s) delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
    b. if the item(s) is different from the order; or
    c. if the item(s) is expired or near expiry(without customer's notice).


  3. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and customer wishes for return and refund, customer need to notify Customer Service by contact through 016 316 0086 or email senoritaspm@gmail.com to report on the products within 3 days of receiving the goods.

  4. Customer requires to return the damaged/ wrong item(s) to the company within 7 days upon Senoritas Health & Beauty's approval of your request. 

  5. Kindly attach photo(s) of Senoritas packaging, product(s) and consignment note

  6. Refund payment will be debited to customer's credit card or debit card within 30 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy.

  7. Return product(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused and not disfigured in any way.

  8. Any item(s) returned without Senoritas Health & Beauty's approval will not be accepted, refunded or returned to the sender.

  9. Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

  10. Any item(s) purchased from Clearance Sales are not eligible for return and refund.

  11. Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Senoritas Health & Beauty.

  12. Customer shall be responsible for the risks and conditions of the returned item until it reaches us. Senoritas Health & Beauty will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Senoritas Health & Beauty receiving it.

  13. You will be credited with the full value of the purchase price of the refund item(s), excluding the shipping fee and voucher used.

  14. Senoritas Health & Beauty reserves the right to regulate the number of returns or exchanges at any time.



Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange of item(s) can only be applicable at Senoritas Haelth & Beauty online store.

  2. Exchange item(s) can be arranged under the following reasons:
    a. if the item(s) delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
    b. if the item(s) is different from the order; or
    c. if the item(s) is expired or near expiry(without customer's notice).


  3. Exchange of item(s) can only be for the following:
    a. item(s) has to be exchange with the same product.
    b. item(s) has to be of the same brand.
    c. items(s) has to be of the same quantity & volume size.


  4. For exchange, customer need to notify Customer Service by contact through 016 316 0086 or email senoritaspm@gmail.com to report on the products within 3 days of receiving the goods.

  5. Customer requires to return the item(s) to the company within 7 days upon Senoritas Health & Beauty's approval of your request in order to exchange the item(s).

  6. Customer can request for refund IF there is no replacement of product from Senoritas Health & Beauty.

  7. Any shipping costs associated with the exchange of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Senoritas Health & Beauty.

  8. Customer shall be responsible for the risks and conditions of the returned item until it reaches us. Senoritas Health & Beauty will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Senoritas Health & Beauty receiving it.
