Return and Refund Policy
- The Return & Refund policy is only applicable for Senoritas Health & Beauty online store home delivery and Cash On Delivery.
- Return and refund item(s) can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. if the item(s) delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. if the item(s) is different from the order; or
c. if the item(s) is expired or near expiry(without customer's notice). - Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and customer wishes for return and refund, customer need to notify Customer Service by contact through 016 316 0086 or email senoritaspm@gmail.com to report on the products within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- Customer requires to return the damaged/ wrong item(s) to the company within 7 days upon Senoritas Health & Beauty's approval of your request.
- Kindly attach photo(s) of Senoritas packaging, product(s) and consignment note
- Refund payment will be debited to customer's credit card or debit card within 30 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy.
- Return product(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused and not disfigured in any way.
- Any item(s) returned without Senoritas Health & Beauty's approval will not be accepted, refunded or returned to the sender.
- Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Any item(s) purchased from Clearance Sales are not eligible for return and refund.
- Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Senoritas Health & Beauty.
- Customer shall be responsible for the risks and conditions of the returned item until it reaches us. Senoritas Health & Beauty will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Senoritas Health & Beauty receiving it.
- You will be credited with the full value of the purchase price of the refund item(s), excluding the shipping fee and voucher used.
- Senoritas Health & Beauty reserves the right to regulate the number of returns or exchanges at any time.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange of item(s) can only be applicable at Senoritas Haelth & Beauty online store.
- Exchange item(s) can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. if the item(s) delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. if the item(s) is different from the order; or
c. if the item(s) is expired or near expiry(without customer's notice). - Exchange of item(s) can only be for the following:
a. item(s) has to be exchange with the same product.
b. item(s) has to be of the same brand.
c. items(s) has to be of the same quantity & volume size. - For exchange, customer need to notify Customer Service by contact through 016 316 0086 or email senoritaspm@gmail.com to report on the products within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- Customer requires to return the item(s) to the company within 7 days upon Senoritas Health & Beauty's approval of your request in order to exchange the item(s).
- Customer can request for refund IF there is no replacement of product from Senoritas Health & Beauty.
- Any shipping costs associated with the exchange of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Senoritas Health & Beauty.
- Customer shall be responsible for the risks and conditions of the returned item until it reaches us. Senoritas Health & Beauty will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Senoritas Health & Beauty receiving it.
